Enjoy a relaxing getaway on the beautiful waters of Lake Nipissing’s West Arm, known for stunning scenery, boating, and great fishing. This four-season waterfront property features docks, a fire pit, parking for four cars, and water equipment including kayaks, paddleboards, a catamaran, a canoe, and a boat (motor not included) to explore the lake. Food store, the LCBO, the Beer Store, and more other amenities are within a 10-minute drive. Minimum rental period: 30 days. The space We have four bedrooms, seven twin beds, two queen beds, one double, a crib, two bathrooms, a big kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and two huge living rooms with everything you need for a great vacation. There is a garage and six parking spaces. This area is beautiful with many bays, crown lands and islands, which can be explored with three kayaks (1 two-person kayak and two one-person kayaks), an aluminum boat (take your outboard to our 16 feet aluminum boat or use oars to propel the boat), four stand up boards, pedal boat. Guest access You will have access to all rooms in the house that can be used for entertainment and rest.
