Pets are not allowed. \n\nThe Space:\n\nBEDROOMS\n- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the first floor.\n- AC, heater, TV, Wi-Fi, electric kettle, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.\n- All rooms open to an attached balcony overlooking the garden. \nPlease note that there are a total of 7 bedrooms at the premises, and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 3 bedrooms. \n\nBATHROOMS\n- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached, 2 common. \n- All bathrooms have solar heating, heaters, towels and basic toiletries.\n- A separate dressing area is offered in all the attached bathrooms. \n\nCOMMON AREAS\n- Step into a world unlike any other and embrace the gorgeous views, the serenity and the absolute solitude in the hills of Kasauli. \n- Opening up to a vivid lobby, that leads to the formal living room and dining area, this holiday home hosts a range of common spaces. \n- The turqouise-washed sprawling drawing room is thoughtfully designed with monochromatic tables and chairs. \n- It can seat up to 8 people and is equipped with a plethora of amenities including Wi-Fi, AC and a heater. \n- The dining room is a part of the living room on the ground floor and offers comfortable seating for up to 18 people. \n- Both, the dining and drawing rooms open up to the lush green gardens outside, 816 sq. ft. and 1200 sq. ft. in size. \n- They offer comfortable seating for up to 16 people and 30 people respectively. \n- Bask in the hilly sun and savour the surrounding landscapes whilst in the calming sun room. \n- There is a library on the ground floor with a selection of books that offers seating for up to 8 people.\n\nKITCHEN\n- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. \n- It is equipped with a refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery. \n\nFOOD\n- All meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis. \n- The order for lunch and dinner will have to be placed 3 hours prior. Snacks can be ordered 30 minutes prior.  \n- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.  Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.  During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION\nWe can provide accommodation for 2 drivers at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, inclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated on the premises, in the staff room that is equipped with a mini-fridge, heater and a TV. Commercial drivers are not allowed. \n\nACTIVITIES\nPromising to be a blissful getaway in the rising hills of Kasauli, The Mansion is grand, royal and all things relaxing. Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and embrace its beauty. They can enjoy authentic local meals. They can also relish a delicious barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. They can venture out and go on a 20-minute hike, and admire the news from atop. They can visit the heritage railway tracks located 100 metres away from the property. They can stroll around the sprawling farm. They can also relax in the sunroom or pick out a book to read from the library. \n\nADDITIONAL COSTS\n- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per use. \n- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1000 per 3 hours. \n- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.\n\nHOME TRUTHS\nWhile we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!\n- Please note that there are a total of 7 bedrooms at the premises, and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 3 bedrooms and the common areas.\n- All-male groups are not allowed.\n- In case of a power outage, the 64KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. If the generator is running for more than 8 hours, an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per hour will be levied. \n- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. \n- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. \n- Guests do not have access to the second floor. \n- Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.\n- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
