Our accommodation, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is a spacious house on two floors. Located opposite the Petite Mer de Gâvres, the house is pleasant for gatherings with family or friends. Balcony, garden and beach allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the Breton climate. Our place is a spacious house on two floors. Pleasant to recharge your batteries for two, meet with family or friends, this friendly accommodation, located opposite the Petite Mer de Gâvres, is available all year round. Balcony, garden and beach allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the Breton climate. Entrance through the ground floor with a games room giving access to the outdoor courtyard on the sea side and a cellar. The games room offers foosball, darts, a library with a wide choice of reading material, children's toys, board games and a bar. The cellar is equipped with cupboards, medium refrigerator and small freezer. (accessible in July/August) Stairs overlooking the first floor, where there is a fitted kitchen, living-dining room, toilet and 1 bedroom with shower room: The kitchen is fully equipped with table, chairs, dishes, fridge, freezer, cooktop, traditional oven and microwave. The dining room offers a friendly table and a stocked sideboard. The living room is cozy with its colorful armchairs, coffee tables, large TV around the fireplace, and its unique view of the Petite Mer de Gâvres, observable from the balcony as well. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a shower room, a dressing room. The toilet is located on the landing. Stairs overlooking the second floor, where there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a single extra bed and two wardrobe closets, facing the garden side. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a closet, and an extra bed, overlooking the Petite Mer de Gâvres. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a single extra bed and a closet, overlooking the Petite Mer de Gâvres. The house is also equipped with a kit for toddlers: high chair, travel crib with mattress and a folding stroller. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower and sink. The toilet is located on the landing. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Possibility to use the washing machine upon request. Les Jardins de la Côte Rouge is a non-smoking accommodation. Respectful pets are welcome. Guest access Access is through an enclosed garden, there is a public parking lot directly next door, otherwise a courtyard is reserved for your vehicle. Other things to note Beach towels are not provided.
