The villa has permanent dedicated service staff to handle all your service requests. The staff is trained to help you with basic breakfast kitchen setup, Tea/ Coffee etc. other than that the Estate has a Property Manager, Housekeeping team and complete security. All Bedrooms, living areas, Dining Areas have dedicated Air-conditioning. 2 Bedrooms With Pool View, Lounge Bed and Study 1 Bedroom with Valley view with Lounge 8 Seater Family Dinning Area 30 Ft Pool and Sun Loungers for all day bathing. The villa has 2 big Smart TVs (Living & Master Bedroom), with Netflix, Prime, Hotstar & Voot premium services all activated & ready to stream your favourite shows. The Villa has Big swing in the middle for 2 People and a big chill out space on the first floor for 8-10 people along with Terrace Area. The full villa will be yours and we have one free Car parking at the premises. Other things to note LOCATION Only 5 minutes drive from Vagator & Anjuna beach, and exactly mid-way between the famous Calangute & Ashvem beaches, this villa is perfectly located for those wanting to explore different parts of North Goa. The best Goa has to offer is at your doorstep. Discover amazing food at Bawri, Gunpowder, Maai, Mojigao, Prana Cafe or Baba au Rhum, or vegan food at BeanMeUp. Olive, Mayan, Purple Martini will be your best place for lunch with a view over the ocean. In the evening, head to Tomatoes, Sublime or Thalassa. All these trendy places are within a 10 min drive. HOUSE RULES We welcome families, couples and mixed groups, accommodation of gentlemen group is only allowed once pre-approved. We collect a security deposit amount of Rs.20,000 Cash/UPI at the time of check-in. Any damages to the property or missing items would have to be deducted from the security deposit amount. Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises & smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outdoor living areas. Please provide accurate details about guests staying at the time of booking and in the check-in form (number of people, composition of the group) as we would not be able to give access to guests who are not part of the reservation (we have a strict “no visitor” policy). No Pets Are Allowed THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time is at 2 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs can only be accommodated based on availability and are chargeable. Our Guest Relationship Manager will be able to confirm availability and cost 12 hours prior. Minimum age of the primary guest must be at least 18 years. As per government regulations, it is mandatory for all the guests to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in (PAN cards are not accepted). We would not be able to proceed with the check-in without these documents and would consider the booking as “no show” (no refund possible). The per night tariff does not include charges for services such as airport transfers, restaurant reservations, extra bed, extra linen/towels etc. Caretaker's primary role is to make your stay comfortable. Although our caretaker is very good at handling kitchen jobs however we are not offering any inhouse Cook/Chef service included with your stay. We have a female caretaker hence her duties will be limited inside the villa if all Gentlemen group is staying. HOUSEKEEPING includes cleaning of the villa once a day between 10 am - 5 pm. Towel and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. No Loud Music allowed Poolside after 9:00 PM You can play music inside with doors closed at decent volume. We respect your privacy however No outside guests are allowed unless pre-informed.
