My bright and airy two bedroom cottage has everything you need to relax. Large open plan fully equipped kitchen and lounge with all the essentials. Patio doors open to a private patio & long distance countryside views. Two large bedrooms, 2 King sized beds with luxurious bedding sleeping 4 people. There is a dining room seating 4 and there are also two bathrooms in the cottage The space Only Cottage is a private, peaceful hidden gem. Located in the beautiful Calderdale countryside within the 12 acre grounds and fields of Only House in Northowram village, Halifax, West Yorkshire. The Cottage is built from Yorkshire stone and is ideal for couples, families, friends, tourists from around the world, contractors and business travellers. The bright and airy two bedroom cottage has lovely long distance countryside views and everything you need to relax, including a welcome basket with treats. Patio doors lead to a south facing private patio. Outdoor facilities include a dining table, chairs, parasol, BBQ area, lawn and garden. There are two large bedrooms, 2 King sized beds with luxurious Dorma cotton bedding and mattresses sleeping 4 people. One bedroom is serviced by a downstairs modern family bathroom with 3/4 size bath, shower over bath, toilet and sink. The other bedroom has an en-suite shower room with Mira Sport shower, toilet and sink & both have perfumed “Molton Brown” toiletries. Both upstairs bedrooms are linked with a door. There is also a cosy dining room on the ground floor with seats for 4. There are 3 TV’s in the property and 2 of them are WiFi enabled smart TV’s in the lounge and a bedroom. The lounge has a 50” Samsung Neo QLED 4K Ultra HD TV and with the Smart TV’s you can connect to your Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney accounts too, so you can keep track of that series that you enjoy even while you're away. For remote working there is also a lap top friendly workstation in one of the bedrooms or you may decide to use either the breakfast bar in the kitchen or the dining table. For families with a baby a useful self assembly high chair and portable travel cot with changing table are here for you to set up and use. I can fit baby safety gates on the stairs if you let me know before arrival as they are not permanently fitted. There is a lawned area to the rear of the cottage. Free parking on site for up to 2 cars or 2 vans or 4 motorcycles. Self check-in via a Key Safe Lockbox Guest access Only Cottage and Only House are surrounded by farmland, woodland and several footpaths, local bus stops are only 5 minutes walk away. The property owner lives onsite in Only House a very short distance away. The Cottage has a double garage which is normally accessible by stairs from one of the bedrooms but this door will be locked and therefore the garage is not available for guests. Other things to note I pride myself on offering everything a guest could need during their stay with us, tea, coffee, milk, cereals, shampoo, body wash as well as many other items.
