Rental unit in Stockholm

A cosy shared apartment in central Södermalm. Walking distance to the most popular outgoing area around Södermalm. Close connections by public transport The space I offer one room in my 4:th floor apartment in central Södermalm. The shared space consists of a well equipped kitchen combined with common room and balcony. Bathroom with shower and washing machine is also shared. You will share the apartment with me (Åsa) or sometimes with my daughter Vendela or my son Marcus or anyone who stays on their own accord in my own bedroom once in a while. Marcus and Vendela are also co-hosts and at times take care of daily maintenance. Please have a look at the picture of the apartment plan. At times the space is all for you and at times the common space is shared by max 8 people. Guest access The guest room has one 140cm bed for 1-2 persons, a closet and a desk. Towels and linens are included! Update23/1 2026 Most guests appreciated the soft bed but recently happened twice that people wanted harder beds. So, very soon I will change to a a 160 cm beautiful bed with a mattress with harder springs. When it is done I will update picture of the room and design. During your stay Either me or my daughter or my son will be available. If we are not in the apartment, please do not hesitate to call over phone or send a message. At times we will be away or at work, so occasionally you may have the apartment all to yourself. At other times we may be around and then like to share a tea or chat. I just posted a photo of the piece of art that our guest Stephanie sent, it pictures the litte dinner party we had when she and her friend visited. Other things to note The apartment suits students on short vacation, travellers who want a break from moving around. In the basement there are good laundry facilities. For July/August or later I will consider different approaches. My autumm schedule is still open. My plan is to be available on AirBnb but only accept promises I believe I can uphold. Send a question!
