New house with garage – Les Chouettes Aiguilles

This bright, peaceful and modern place to stay offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the charming village of Sainte Marie du Lac. The house is located in an idyllic location as close to nature as possible. The fully fenced garden, planted with pine trees, sometimes chosen as the home of owls, offers an incredible view of the dike and an agricultural area. Space classified as a Natura 2000 area where the famous cranes sometimes like to land in the back season. The space New house on the ground floor with garage on pine, fir tree and fully fenced fruit trees of about 1300m2. The house consists of an entrance with storage, a dining room with artisanal wooden table and living room with garden views through three floor-to-ceiling windows and an open plan equipped kitchen. On the sleeping area side, you will have three bedrooms of about 12m2 with heater and individual storage closet. The first has a 160 cm double bed, the second a 140 cm double bed, and the third two 90 cm single beds. Guests can enjoy a bathroom including a walk-in shower, a towel dryer and a wooden piece of furniture with double vanities. The separate wall-mounted toilet includes a hand basin. All the bay windows and windows are equipped with electric shutters. The house has a very good Wi-Fi connection (fiber). The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, microwave, electronic scale, induction stove, hood, dishwasher, cutlery, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Equipment can be added upon request and subject to availability (e.g., baby bed, highchair, etc.). Towels will be provided. As far as sheets are concerned, this is a paid option. €10 per bed will be charged if you want this option. Other things to note Towels and tea towels are provided.
