New house with garage – Les Chouettes Aiguilles

This bright, peaceful and modern place to stay offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the charming village of Sainte Marie du Lac. The house is located in an idyllic location as close to nature as possible. The fully fenced garden, planted with pine trees, sometimes chosen as the home of owls, offers an incredible view of the dike and an agricultural area. Space classified as a Natura 2000 area where the famous cranes sometimes like to land in the back season. The house consists of an entrance with storage, a dining room with handmade wooden table and living room with garden view through three bay windows and an open equipped kitchen. On the sleeping side, you will have three bedrooms of about 12 m2 with radiator and individual storage closet. The first has a 160 double bed, the second a 140 double bed and the third a bunk bed with two 90 beds. Guests can enjoy a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail and a wooden cabinet with double sinks. The independent wall-hung toilet includes a hand basin. All windows and bay windows are equipped with electric shutters. The house has a very good Wi-Fi connection (Fiber). The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, microwave, electronic scale, induction stove, range hood, dishwasher, cutlery, utensils, dishes, pans, saucepans, dishes etc. Amenities can be added upon request and subject to availability (e.g. baby bed, highchair, etc.).
