Micro-house (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and laundry room), with excellent cost-benefit for those looking for a private space with the comfort of amenities such as internet, kitchen equipped with basic utensils and microwave. The neighborhood is quiet, with access to one of the main avenues of the city (Av. Das Cataratas) from access to the National Park (Cataratas), Parque das Aves, Wax Museum, Ice Bar, shopping and many others... We will do our best to make you feel at home, we are at your disposal! The space Our space is divided as follows: > 01 Suite with a double bed + two single beds and a two-seater sofa that can accommodate up to 4 people; > We include bed linens (1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet for each bed and 1 pillowcase for each pillow, 1 bath towel per guest and 1 face towel for every 2 guests. > 1 bathroom with electric shower attached to the room. > Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker and all the basic utensils for cooking, and the dishes for meals. > Laundry with tank, clothesline and a small washing and spinning machine with a capacity of 6 kg > Garage for 1 car. > 300 mega fiber optic Internet. Guest access The entire house is available to you. All areas are private and exclusive for guest use, including the balcony, backyard and parking. We have an inactive shed in the back at the moment. Please be respectful and treat our home as if it were your own. Things like not smoking indoors and maintaining organization will be much appreciated. Other things to note • Our house will be clean and ready for use upon arrival, but there is no cleaning service during the stay. • Basic items (toilet paper, soap, salt, sugar, oil, detergent and cleaning products) will be made available to the guest for their comfort upon arrival, and the items must be replenished by them in the following days. • The energy bill is paid separately, according to the guest's consumption. The guest is charged 1 real per KW used. The consumption is monitored by the guest and the host. • Use of Facilities: We ask that guests turn off the air-conditioning when leaving the premises. We advise that windows and doors be kept closed while the air-conditioning is running to maximize its efficiency. • We remind you that for the experience to be a success, 50% depends on us and our home, but the other 50% depends on you as super guests! • We hope to establish an excellent relationship!
