The Mushroom Manor B&B and Cedar Sauna

Please read below for more information on our property The space Welcome to beautiful Salt Spring Island! Notes about the space and bookings: We only take a limited number of bookings per year; however, if you don't see the dates you wish available, please still send us a request, and we might be able to make it work. Also, we have it set up to not allow same-day check-out and check-ins, but sometimes we can accommodate that. So please reach out to inquire if your dates aren't showing as available. Our cedar sauna is built and ready for guest use. The home can sleep 10 adults, but that would be counting the bunk beds. More comfortably, 8 adults and some children It's possible to sleep 12, if you are a group that big, please reach out before booking to discuss. There are no extra charges based on the number of guests up to 10. The room with the double bed and pull-out couch is a living room that you walk through to get to the bedroom downstairs. There are curtains, so it can be dark. We are pet-friendly. Please let us know in your booking message which pets and how many will be staying in the home. We have great wifi, a sound system, an indoor wood-burning fireplace, and an outdoor fire pit. Unfortunately, our property is not considered accessible; there is a 10-step cement staircase to get to the front door and stairs throughout the home. We do get a small amount of snow each year, and the city will plow right up to the driveway, but the driveway is steep and might have to be walked up if it's icy/snowing. No chores at checkout. You do not have to take your garbage with you. House rules: 1. There is to be NO SHELLFISH from the beaches brought into the home or onto the property. 2.
