Our home offers 2 separate apartments. An upper and lower unit. The lower has 2 bedrooms and the upper has 3 bedrooms. Enjoy your private living spaces and yet the convenience of being in the same home. Family friendly and located in a great area. A few short minutes' walk up through Days Park will take you to the West Side of Allen St. From there you can find restaurants, bars and a good cup of coffee. Staying in? Enjoy our backyard, it's huge! The space The lower unit is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, all the amenities of home except for a stove/oven. We have a toaster oven and a microwave to heat things up in. The upper unit is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Offering a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, stocked and ready to be cooked in. Two bedrooms are located on the third floor, the king size bed is on the first (second) floor. The house has a shared key code entry, but each door to the respected apartment has its own code to enter with. Both units come with linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fully stocked kitchens with plates, silverware, cups, etc. Enjoy a quiet and stylish place to relax in before you head out to explore this great city of ours. Lots of things within walking distance, easy access to highways, grocery stores and gas stations. If you're interested in an event here, please inquire with details. This is by no means a "party house", but if respected, we would love to have gatherings for family and friends. The back and side yard are great for just that. Guest access Both the upper and lower unit as well as the back and side yard. Other things to note Parking is street parking. The days to move your car are Mondays and Thursdays at 6PM. From Thursday-Monday until 6PM, you park on the opposite side of the street from the house. During the days of Monday at 6PM-Thursday at 6PM you park on the side closest to the house.
