The Three Bedroom Apt is on the top 7th flr of the Bldg. The entire apartment has soundproof white fenesta windows installed for peaceful privacy It is located in the city centre, “a perfect base for exploring the city” for you Designed for comfort and convenience this quiet, spacious room features a comfortable king sized bed for a good night’s sleep, along with a 48” Flat Screen TV, comfortable furnishings, complimentary high speed WiFi. The bathroom is ensuite (attached), modern & spotlessly clean as we have a cleaner who comes in every day and she is carefully vetted. It has a rain shower as well as a handheld shower. Instant hot and cold water is available 24 hours. All essentials like bath towels, hand towels, hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner & hairdryer are provided. The Bedroom room has an attached storage area to store luggage, shopping bags, paraphernalia etc.. Guests have Access to Morning newspaper magazines and a small library of books Electric kettle is in the kitchen, sachets for tea, coffee, milk, sugar & sugar-free are complimentary Breakfast can be arranged; either home cooked with our specialty ‘tulsi lemongrass ginger chai’ or ordered from restaurants on request by letting me know a few hours in advance. It will be at an additional charge, depending on Menu ordered A single foldable floor mattress is available for the third guest at an extra charge of Rs 1200 per night. The room and bathroom is private and we will not enter them, except to clean. Guest access You will have access to your bedroom and bathroom. Guests can access the living room Also you are more than welcome to have your meals on the dining table. These are shared spaces. Cooking will not be permitted in the house. There is a laundry store in adjacent bldg which washes and/or dry cleans your clothes at a very reasonable price. Electric Iron available on request. If you need to leave your luggage at my place for a few hours after check-out, you can do so. If you arrive before check-in time you can leave your luggage at my home and go out. Smoking is not permitted in the room. However there is a smoking area just outside the main door of my home. During your stay The main motive of hosting, is to add a new friend to our friend list with every check out… We stay in the apartment, but have our separate room, and we are remarkable hosts. If guests need any assistance they can approach us, our bedroom is right across.. On request we would be more than happy to show you our crazily chaotic beautiful city. Otherwise We highly respect our guests privacy! We will be available for check-in Other things to note Please arrive for check-in at your booking time, due to busy schedule it will be difficult to check in later Mandatory to carry your identification.
