Flexible sleeping configuration within the two large bedrooms (double and superking) or (double and 2 single beds) as well as rear decked patio area and parking. Pets accepted by prior arrangement. The space Front Entrance door into Hallway with hanging space and access to: Ground Floor: with wooden effect laminate flooring throughout. Modern Kitchen - Well equipped with all the necessaries for a self-catering holiday, electric oven and hob, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, separate small freezer, slow cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Tea towels and cleaning materials are provided. DAB Radio. 2 stools - situated at the end of the "breakfast bar". Living/Dining Room with 2 comfortable sofas and footstool. Sideboard stocked with local guide books, games and books to swap and read. Dining room table and 4 chairs, coffee table and lamps, Amazon Dot, SMART TV and electric Fire. Patio Doors to decked rear patio space. Separate W.C with pedestal sink. Stairs to First Floor: Modern Family Bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over, heated towel rail. Bedroom One : Double bed with fitted wardrobes, cupboards, hairdryer, bedside lamps and TV with Freeview Bedroom Two: Super king double bed or 3’ Twin beds. Built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side lamps and cabinets and hairdryer. Outside: To The Front of the property there is a small outside space with bench - automatic path lighting To The Rear - Composite Decked Patio Garden area with Table and Chairs and pot plants. with lighting and Rear Gate to access parking area. Parking is allocated to the rear of the property. Bedding: Duvets, Pillows, Bed Linen and Bath towels provided. Hand towels in WC and Bathroom Changeover Day - Friday Please indicate bed configuration requirements for Bedroom Two at the time of booking. Pet friendly - 2 dogs maximum by prior arrangement. Mr & Mrs F What a wonderful holiday home at Heidaway!, excellent place to stay, clean ,tidy, modern and all well equipped, just like home from home, but with the added beauty of just a 10-minute walk to Padstow, (and the convenience of a Tesco a couple of minutes away!) Myself, the wife and our little dog couldn't fault the place, and we are all very fussy! It was very clean, well appointed, cosy, comfortable and easy to locate from the directions. Great to have the parking facility. We loved the accessibility to Padstow, great to be able to walk into town and then leave the hurly burly behind; we loved the bus!!! How brill was that, left the car behind for a couple days and travelled off!!! We had a fantastic holiday and picked the week with the weather too. The property was fantastic we loved it. Extremely clean well located and we really loved the patio garden my husband did some weeding he felt at home. The property was good for 4 people the downstairs toilet being a factor for that. Padstow has been my favourite staycation. All 4 of us would return no problem. Guest access the entire property and rear composite decking and parking Other things to note Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement at extra cost. (but must not be left unattended and is not to be allowed upstairs.)
