Haus Andersen Annex

Located in a quiet area of Limburg. The city center with many shopping and gastronomic options is a 5-minute walk. The apartment on the first floor at Gartenstrasse 19 was completely renovated in 2022 and has been available as a vacation rental since the beginning of 2023. The house is in direct proximity to the city center. We live in the house on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We appreciate the high quality of life in Limburg an der Lahn. The space The apartment is on the first floor. The kitchen has access (via the terrace) to the garden. There are three bedrooms with 2 single beds each, which can also be pushed apart. The terrace in the garden invites you to have breakfast, eat or enjoy. The terrace is partially covered and has a large table with 6 chairs. Linens and towels are included in the price. No smoking inside the entire apartment. Unfortunately no pets are permitted. Bikes can be parked in the lockable yard. The house is not barrier-free. In the house next door there are also rooms for rent (Haus Andersen). A special feature is the yoga room, which can be rented separately. Other things to note The garden is also used by us and our pets. Both our dog Willi (Tibet Terrier) and our cat Pepe are very sweet.
