The dining table can be extended with smart records that are under the table and then you can fit 12 people. There is also the exit to the terrace and the garden. The bedrooms are equipped with a 120, a 105 and a 180 cm beds The basement has a small living room with TV, games, and there is a sofa bed that is 140 cm in the extended position (extra bed mattress is in the sofa) There is also a larger guest room with 2 90 cm beds that can be used as separate beds or put together a full mattress topper over. An extra 120 cm bed is also available for use. Laundry room, drying room and bathroom with bathtub adjacent to the living room. Extra chairs for the dining table are visible in the drying room Guest access The whole house except for a locked storage space and the garage. There are 2 duvet boxes on each terrace that contain duvets, blankets and some play equipment Bed linens and kitchen towels are included in the rental rate but not bath linens/bath towels Other things to note In the summer of 2024, we had problems with the ventilation on the lower floor, which unfortunately created a musty odor. It has been fixed and has never happened before during our 10 years in the house (which is our year-round residence)
