The space This private room with en suite bathroom is on the main floor in our home in a private community. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Easy access to I77, nearby grocery stores, shopping and nice restaurants. Charlotte Airport is 19 miles away. Lots of amenities in Fort Mill and in Charlotte. Complimentary coffee/tea/espresso in the morning. Guest access Full use of the private bedroom and bath. You can enjoy the front porch or the firepit in the back. Other things to note You can control the temperature in your room with the thermostat under the arch right outside your room. If you have a young child that shares the bed with you it's totally fine, just let me know! We strive to keep our house as clean as possible for this reason we encourage to remove your shoes upon entering. You can leave them by the stairs.
