Archipelago Ocean Villa (Wood fired sauna)

Seafront villa in Stockholm's archipelago with private dock and sauna. The house is located inside a unique natural reserve. Public ferry year-round from and to Stockholm City and only a short walk to the house from the pier. The house is located on the island Lådna, on a private hill with a scenic view. Swimming pool and a large terrace with sun all day and evening. Modern standard with water toilets, well-equipped kitchen, central heating system, and fireplace. Local store on the island. The space The house has a total of 5 bedrooms, a big open space kitchen/living room, and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs in the basement, there's a separate living space with two bedrooms, a small kitchen, and a WC with a shower. Private dock with sauna on the ocean. You can come by private boat, the dock holds plenty of space for many boats. The house is very private at the end of the island. Other things to note There's also a private beach house, including a queen bed, kitchen and toilet that can be rented on request, €150 night. We provide private boat transfers (up to 12ppl) from the mainland (Boda or Sollenkroka). The price is €250. Then you'll arrive directly at the house with all your luggage. The guests do cleaning or can be added on request. Mandatory cleaning fee includes sauna, garbage, recycling etc Linen and towels can be provided at 200sek/pp. The pool (late june-early september) is heated to a minimum of 22 degrees.
