See why this area is my family's happy place! Enjoy a 6 ft deep heated pool, hot tub, and child's wading pool, or stroll 5-7 mins to our Seacrest Beach access (free tram from Mar-Oct). We look forward to hosting you this year! ☀️ Heated Pool ☀️ Top Reviews ☀️ Bike Rentals ☀️ Beach Chairs ☀️ Bunk Beds w/ TVS ☀️ Very Walkable Location ☀️ Custom Recommendations Located at The Village of South Walton in Seacrest Beach, our 375 sq ft studio condo is well-designed and makes efficient use of space. This unit is great for families with school-aged kids (who will love the bunk beds) and also works well for a couple. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware & flatware, a mini refrigerator (with freezer space), a Keurig Slim, a microwave, and utensils. A larger coffee maker and small toaster oven are stored in the closet and available to use. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are available in our condo for you to use. Our deeper pool is heated as needed during cooler months. Bike rentals are available downstairs at Peddlers Pavillion as well as live music nightly in peak season. Our max occupancy is 2 adults (and up to 2 kids). We can not accommodate groups with more than 2 adults. Please note that the bunk beds are not suitable for babies and toddlers. See image captions for more details about our space! Located in G Building / 2nd Floor. Guest access Guests at the Village of South Walton can enjoy two pools, a hot tub, and beach access. The large pool and hot tub are heated in cooler months as needed. The second pool is a zero-depth entry wading pool with a 2ft max depth that the little ones love! Our deeded Seacrest Beach access point is just a short 5-7 minute walk, or take the free tram that runs March through October. The larger public Inlet Beach Regional Access, complete with ramps, room to spread out, etc, is also just a mile east. Peddler's Pavilion is downstairs, where you can listen to live music at night (*seasonal) offers bike rentals to explore the area! Other things to note Maximum 2 adults per booking. Or 2 adults & 2 children in total. Bunk beds are not suitable for babies, toddlers, or small children. Due to occupancy limits and fire code, ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted. Parking at the Village of South Walton is free and first come, first serve. No parties. Must be age 25+ to rent. Absolutely no pets per HOA regulations. Golf carts / LSVs are not permitted at The Village of South Walton or anywhere on the east end of 30A including Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. Pets are not permitted at the Village of South Walton. * STRICTLY ENFORCED Violations are subject to fines and evictions.
