Work will be completed in October 2022, be the first to enjoy it :) The space THE APARTMENT You will discover a large living room with large bay windows facing south towards the mountain, with a large modern kitchen open to the living room, generously equipped with a large central island for preparing good meals for convivial evenings (raclette and fondue machine, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave...), a generous sofa and a large smart TV for your movie evenings (Netflix, YouTube compatible...), and a large south-facing terrace. This terrace of nearly 25 m2 will allow you to bask in the sun, sunbathe on the deckchairs, enjoy tasty meals à la plancha. The apartment, completely new, has 3 mountain-style bedrooms, the first parental with a magnificent private bathroom, a second and the third in the mezzanine. It also has a second bathroom. Two heat pumps as well as inertia radiators pleasantly heat the space. In summer the apartment is air conditioned. It is located on the south side halfway up the hill in a larch chalet that has just been completely renovated and has 6 apartments. Two private parking spaces assigned to this listing are available in front of the chalet. Each bedroom has a double bed (one 180 cm X 200 cm size, in the mezzanine and two 160 cm x 200 cm size in the other 2 bedrooms) with Emma mattresses (sacred best choice by the UFC Que Choisir label, certified without chemicals), and duck feather duvets and pillows that will allow you to spend pleasant nights. (If allergic, specify: we have other pillows and duvets). The beds will be made for your arrival. Towels and essentials will be available to you. You will be welcomed upon arrival by La Conciergerie for a pleasant stay and in case of late arrival a secure key lockbox will allow you to access your accommodation. LOCATION A path will allow you to access the shops in the center in 5 minutes on foot: bakeries, restaurants, butcher, cheese shop, delicatessens, sports stores... In winter, the access road is always cleared of snow, as well as the parking lot, easy to access even during snowy periods. The ski slopes of the famous La Bresse-Hohneck area (36 slopes) are a 10-minute drive or A 5-minute walk to the free shuttle to La Bresse Hohneck ski resort, this service is offered during the winter school holidays. Shuttle from 8am to 10pm that drops you off in 10 minutes in the heart of the resort on the snow front. You will find the French ski school as well as the snow garden for younger guests. Gerardmer is 15 minutes by car, Rémiremont is 30 minutes away. Munster 40 minutes away and the Alsace Wine Route 1 hour away (Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, Colmar…) many Christmas markets in winter.
