Nice one-room apartment in the basement

Welcome to Södra Storgatan in Södra Vi, 10 km north of Vimmerby. Here you can rent our newly renovated, cozy one-room apartment with its own entrance in the basement. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The space The size of the accommodation is about 40 sqm. Here is everything you need to cook your meals. Kitchen is equipped with oven/hot air oven, induction cooktop, carbon filter fan, microwave, fridge/freezer. There is also a coffee maker - the host provides coffee beans. Dining area for four people is available, extra seating can be arranged if needed, as well as a high chair. The accommodation has four beds, two of which are in a day bed that easily converts to a double bed and two places in a sofa bed. Extra bed can be arranged, if required, as well as a crib. There is a brand new bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. WiFi access is available. The apartment is equipped with a TV that can be used through Chromecast. There is a workplace/writing corner with a desk. There is also a play corner for children, with a toy stove, books, puzzles and crafts. Bed linens and towels are not included, you bring your own. This can be rented for SEK 100/person if desired. Cleaning is not included, you clean yourself before check-out. If desired, cleaning can be booked at a cost of SEK 600. Guest access As a guest, you have access to a furnished patio with barbecue, as well as a lawn and outdoor toys. Across the street is the nice Brunnsparken with access to playground and large green areas. Free parking is offered at the garage entrance. Other things to note The area offers great cycling opportunities both on the highway and in the forest. Possibility to show nice tours available.
