Quiet, calm, relaxing house and surroundings with beautiful views of the Tihany Peninsula. Heated/cooled, year-round house with 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, comfortable living room and dining-kitchen. 80 m2 terrace, where there will be a summer kitchen, for now a gas grill replaces the possibility of cooking outside. Large fireplace, cauldron cooking option, wood preparation and a children's corner help the outdoor programs. You can participate in our organization in kayak and e-bike tours with guided tours. The space On the ground floor, you enter the living room from which the kitchen opens, which is actually an air space with the living room, on the same level a room with 2 beds opens, a small corridor from which a toilet-washroom, a bathroom with toilet and another room with a French bed open. From the living room, the stairs lead to the first floor, as you reach the right, there is a large room with a French bed, an extra sofa bed, a small bathroom on the left and a room with 2 beds, which also has a sofa bed. Guest access The entire building and garden are for guests, there is nothing else in the garden, the house can only be booked as a whole, but 2 families can fit comfortably if they come together thanks to the 4 rooms. Other things to note The booking price does not include the electricity consumption fee, which must be settled on site, depending on consumption, 70 HUF/kWh. Reading on arrival and departure, no need to calculate a large amount.
