A heated/cooled, year-round house with 4 rooms, 2 baths, comfortable living room and dining room-kitchen. 80 m2 terrace with space for the summer kitchen, currently a gas grill replaces the opportunity to cook outside. It's a big fire pit, a cauldron option, a wooden preparation, and a kid's corner to help with outdoor activities. You can participate in our organization along kayaks or e-bike tours with tours. The space On the ground floor, you enter the living room, which is actually an airspace with the living room, there is a room with 2 beds on the floor, a small hallway with a toilet, a bathroom with a toilet and a room with a double bed. The stairs start from the living room upstairs as you reach the right with a large double bed room, an extra sofa bed, a small bathroom to the left and a 2-bed room with a sofa bed. Guest access The entire building and garden are for the guests, there is nothing else in the garden the house can only be booked in one, but 2 families can be comfortably accommodated if they come together thanks to the 4 rooms. Other things to note The booking price does not include the electricity consumption fee, which must be settled on the spot, subject to consumption,HUF 70/kWh. Reading at check in and check out, no big amount to be expected. Extra cleaning is also available, and for a longer stay, weekly cleaning and changing linens is recommended.
