The Cabin experience living off grid in the wilds.

"The Cabin" nestled on a semi secluded lot. Experience being off grid with 12V Solar lights, on demand hot water shower, flushing toilet, LP cook top and LP heat. No WiFi. Unable to charge cellphones, fire pit, fire wood is provided-donations welcome. Propane grill, boat/trailer parking. Close to Kinzua Reservoir, boat launches, Allegheny River, Conewango Creek, National Forest, ATV/Hiking Trails. Public golf courses. Chapman Park, Minister Creek, Chautauqua Lake, Bemus Point NY, Warren PA. The space Open floor plan. Living off grid without losing all the amenities. The Cabin is heated year round and well maintained. The Cabin was designed to make a small foot print. Solar lighting. Bathroom walls made from recycled steel roofing. Inside cabin walls and ceiling are natural wood planks from milled salvaged trees. Kitchen cabinets are natural oak from salvaged trees from the property. The stone work inside and outside are recycled stones from the local streams, The front wood lot seems unsightly with a purpose. Fallen trees and stumps are stacked in a row to form a natural fence line for wildlife refuge and dens especially during the winter months. Native flowers were planted for the bees and butterflies. A spring supplies fresh water to this area and runs year round. *For every reservation we will plant one Oak Tree or Norwegian Pine Tree to give back to Nature. Guest access Entire cabin and lot. Large long driveway to accommodate boats and trailers. We do have extra large folding cots if you have additional guests. Other things to note Bring your coolers for safe food storage. Bring your bathroom towels and necessities. Beds have clean cover sheets. So bring your sleeping bag and pillow. Kitchen dishes, utensils, cups, glasses and dish towels are supplied. Some food items and seasonings are available. Cold water supplied to sinks. Hot water for showers. Toilet paper, napkins, trash bags and paper towels are supplied. In case you forget I have placed extra toiletries under the sink. There are board games, cards and some outdoor games for you to use. We do supply some outdoor kids toys also. There is a large blue metal can outside to store trash. Please be sure to lock the can. There are outdoor chairs for around fire ring. Outside patio table and a propane grill.
