Because it's been difficult for me to rent out partial months, I am currently only looking for guests willing to book entire calendar months at a time. Guest access The back patio is a "shared space" to be enjoyed by folks in both the upstairs and downstairs flats. Other things to note We provide about a month worth of toilet paper and paper towels, but for stays longer than a month, we expect guests to commandeer their own toilet paper and paper towels once the initial supply runs out. Also, we do not provide cleaning services throughout a booking beside upon initial move in, though we can certainly make recommendations. There is generally ample street parking available, either directly in front of the house, or across the street. Please note that street sweeping happens on the house side on the second and fourth Monday of each month from 9am-noon and on the opposite side of the house on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 9am-noon. You will likely get a ticket if you are parked here illegally during these times.
