Guest will own the entire space with only shared access entrance to the building and outdoor recreation area. Grocery store and restaurant are 3 mins drive from the Apartment building. There is a mega mall which houses groceries, boutique, perfume stores, food courts, arcade, photography studio, salons, a cinema and a lake, just 5 mins drive from the Apartment building.
