Please come enjoy our charming air-conditioned walk-out basement apartment on beautiful Block Island. The entire space is yours, with a private entrance and private bath. Open your door to an outside patio and enjoy our property on the edge of Ambrose Swamp. Just a ten minute walk from Old Harbor, ferries, restaurants, shops & nightlife. Close enough to hear the ferry's horn, but tucked away from it all next to this scenic marshland. Well-trained, housebroken pets welcome (for a small fee). The space While there is not a full kitchen, there is a full-size refrigerator, sink, and microwave and toaster oven, as well as everything you need to make coffee and tea. There is a grill on patio for your use and an enclosed outdoor shower, for after the beach. We provide beach chairs and towels in order to make your stay as stress-free as possible. Guest access Enjoy a book in the hammock under our apple tree. Owners can be found on their own private patio, in the garden, or tending to their flower beds. Other things to note Greetings from Block Island! For the 2025 season, our bookings will generally run as Friday-Friday weekly rentals from Memorial Day to Halloween. If available, shorter stays will appear on our AirBnb calendar. This apartment is wonderful for two guests, or a couple with one or two children who don't mind staying on the pullout couch.
