Luxurious pool home in ChampionsGate Resort

This lovely home is absolutely gorgeous and brand new, built in 2018! One bedroom(with private bathroom) on the first floor and five on the second floor. The kitchen is large and great for cooking. The dining area over looks the living room, and is wonderful for family fun. There is also a play room and pool bathroom. The pool area is nice, with a patio area that has a table and chairs for outside dining! You will have access to the Championsgate Oasis club house and water park. The space Entire house Other things to note 1. $25 per day extra for the pool heater. Please make sure to turn down/off the pool heater before checking out. 2. Additional fee required for early check in or late check out. $10 per hour, charge 1 night if more than 8 hours. 3. The house is pets friendly with no extra charge at front. But we do charge for any damages made to the house, such as accident on carpet, damages to furniture, stairs etc. 4. Party is not allowed in the house. 5. House is protected by the security system and surveillance cameras(outdoor only, no indoor nor pool area). Wifi is free. 6. 1 smart TV in the living room with Spectrum cable TV.
