Topaz Perfekt Apartament- 100 m to beach

An apartment with a beautiful view of the Ionian Sea, the harbor, Corfu, Saranda and the mountains. Located on the 13th floor of a tallest building in the city, in its center, about 100 meters from the Promenade and the beach. From the large balcony you can enjoy amazing sunsets. We decorated the apartment with a handmade lamp from a tree found on the beach and palm leaves, in 2 bedrooms a cozy atmosphere is created by our macramé lamps. A living room with a dining room and kitchen adorn macramal leaves to make your stay more enjoyable. The space Apartment Topaz consists of 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a dresser with drawers and an exit to the balcony from which you can admire the panorama of Corfu, the Ionian Sea and the surrounding Saranda mountains. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a closet for clothes. The living room has 2 sofa beds, each for 2 people. In the kitchen you can prepare meals - the kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, glasses, pots and pans. Meals can be eaten at a large table with 6 chairs or on the balcony with 2 tables and 6 chairs. The apartment has free wifi, Smart TV. We provide bathroom towels, bed sheets, blankets in case of cold. The apartment does not have beach towels - they can be rented from us for a fee, no beach mats or beach chairs. There is air conditioning in each bedroom and living room with heating function, so we invite you to rent an apartment also in the winter months. The apartment has 2 bathrooms - each with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The apartment is located in the center of Saranda 5 minutes walk from the main promenade where there are free city beaches. In our building on the 15th floor there is a restaurant with a beautiful view of the entire bay, on the ground floor of the building there is a spa center with an indoor pool , sauna - the use is payable.
