Topaz Perfekt Apartament- 100 m to beach

An apartment with a beautiful view of the Ionian Sea, the port, Corfu, Saranda and the mountains. Located on the 13th floor of the tallest building in the city, in the very center of the city, about 100 m from the Promenade and the beach. From the large balcony you can admire the amazing sunsets. We decorated the apartment with a handmade lamp made of wood found on the beach and palm leaves, in 2 bedrooms a cozy atmosphere is created by our macrame lamps. The living room with dining area and kitchen is decorated with macramé leaves to make your stay more pleasant. The space The Topaz apartment consists of 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an exit to the balcony, from which you can admire the panorama of Corfu, the Ionian Sea and the mountains surrounding Saranda. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. In the living room there are 2 fold-out sofas, each for 2 people. In the kitchen area you can prepare meals - in the kitchen there is a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, glasses, pots, frying pan. Meals can be eaten at a large table with 6 chairs or on the balcony - where there are 2 tables and 6 chairs. The apartment has free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. We provide bath towels, bed linen, and blankets in case of cold. The apartment does not have beach towels - you can rent them from us for a fee, there are no beach mats and beach chairs. Each bedroom and the living room have air conditioning with heating function, so we invite you to rent the apartment also in the winter months. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment - each with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The apartment is located in the center of Saranda, a 5-minute walk from the main promenade, where there are free city beaches. We cordially invite you to our apartment overlooking Corfu. In our building on the 15th floor there is a restaurant with a beautiful view of the entire bay, on the ground floor of the building there is a Spa center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna - the use is paid.
