Replete Retreat for Glampers w/ATV & Horse Trail

Glamping:Private 4acre CAMPSITE on main hwy; personal quiet space and enjoyment. Reverse osmosis H20 system through out includes garden hose for cooking & spa style baths. Alarm system,ATV,cycle,horse trail. Bring pull behinds/ATV/pets/horses:areas to tether: No corrals. Provided: 4 cots,tents,freezer,enclosure, solar lights,4 tables,chairs,dog runs, home's bathroom,tub,kitchen,fridge, wifi. Parties allowed w/fee.Ample parking, Near Destin beaches, Vortex Springs, pickleball, fishing &golf. The space This is the perfect place to explore, relax, reconnect and enjoy nature but still be close to a main road and city. Livingroom has tv with Netflix, Hulu; air hockey table, lazer tag and other games. Kitchen and a private bathroom with tub and shower are included. [The home is also listed under The Retreat, Baker, Fl.] Use of kitchen and livingroom til 11 pm. When outside dogs must be on a leash or run unless in the enclosure. Pets not allowed in the home. Outdoor solar lights provided plus a large flood light in front yard. Use any wood on grounds for the many fire pits. 2 Cats on the property are friendly, vaccinated and flea/tick treated. Rooster is friendly and controls snake and rodent issue. There is food for them in a grey canister in the kitchen. Please feed them twice a day if i am not home. Their bowls are on the patio. Automatic feeders attracted wild animals so that had to be discontinued. Guest access Please park on the far left of the home adjacent to the front yard as you drive in off the main road. Flags clearly mark parking area. No vehicles in front yard or on side or back of home due to septic tank. Parking for 10 vehicles Other things to note New internet service allows for 5 devices near or in the home. 2 Bedrooms with queen beds, a twin bed and child size sofa sleeper in living room can be rented as well BUT not included in this Glamping rate. Room for 1 air mattress in livingroom. Air hockey, lazer tag, crockett, horse shoes, poker set and many more games provided; batteries needed for lazer tag and outdoor lights, etc. Tiki torch fluid needed if you want to light the torches. Bring heavy gear if you plan to explore the woods; boots, jackets, binoculars and insecticides. No pets allowed in the home unless prior notice and with a cleaning fee. 3 outdoor cats have bowls on front patio and request you fill them every morning from canister provided. (Automatic feeders can not be used since racoons will take over the grounds so thanks for assisting.) Trash can is far from home and grounds at fenced area entering the property to keep wild animals from approaching the property. Tightly close lid to keep animals away. The sounds of nature can be loud so very light sleepers may want to organize options like sound apps.
