Quiet & central apartment (56 m², 2 rooms)

The centrally located property is located on the 2nd floor (3rd floor), in the Pempelfort district, in a small & less busy street. When walking through the Hofgarten, you can reach 20 minutes in the old town. Public transport as well as the main train station, restaurants, REWE, ALDI are nearby (e.g. Rethelstr.). The space When furnishing my apartment, peace and comfort were in the foreground with an interesting ambience. I hope that it has succeeded and that you feel comfortable with me as a guest :). BEDROOM: There is a 1.4 m wide bed, suitable for one or 2 people with a medium soft mattress and 80 x 80 large pillows. Storage space for clothes is available in the closet and dresser (see photos). LIVING AREA: Sofa, armchair, dining area, workplace, smart TV with cable connection can contribute to coziness and comfort. KITCHEN: The kitchen is completely at your disposal, whether you want to have a coffee, breakfast or dinner in peace. Guest access The entire apartment can be used. Other things to note CHECK-IN/OUT: I would try to adjust these times to your planned stay. If you have a rough idea about it, please feel free to contact me. Depending on my presence, I would welcome you. In my absence, the key handover would be possible by means of a combination lock. PARKING: It is possible to park on the streets. Depending on the time, you can either find something right away or look in the side streets. Maps (true view) can be used to assess the surroundings well. Please pay attention to the signs whether it is subject to a fee (weekdays from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and free on weekends). ARRIVAL BY TRAIN: From the main train station you can take the train to the zoo stop and from there it is approx. 7 minutes on foot to my apartment. Alternatively, you could take a taxi from the main train station. Depending on traffic and traffic lights, it costs between 10 and 14 euros (2.3 km). ARRIVAL BY PLANE It is possible to take a taxi (€25-30, 15 min) or the train S11 to the zoo stop (€2.50, 8 min drive plus 7 min walk). Registration Details 006-2-0015494-22
