The strategic location makes this flat the perfect base for an unforgettable stay The space The property is located on the ground floor of a typical building in the heart of Rome, with an independent entrance. It has a bedroom, a bathroom with tub, a living room with sofa bed (for guests who want to use the sofa bed, notify at least 5 days before check in), a small kitchen equipped for every need, and a mezzanine reading area . The apartment is equipped with every comfort: free wi-fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, it is the ideal place to spend your "Roman holiday" Guest access The entire apartment will be exclusively available to guests for the duration of their stay. For guests who need to use the sofa bed, please notify us at least 5 days before check-in. Please communicate your check-in time at least 5 days in advance. Check-in after 11 pm and until 3 am is available only upon request and subject to availability, to be requested at the time of booking, at a cost of €50 to be paid at check-in.
