The space The property has 4 huge bedrooms, each carefully designed and furnished. Netflix and chill in our huge living/entertainment area. Spacious kitchen and dining spaces. YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN AND FORFEIT DEPOSIT DURING PARTY AND WILL BE ESCORTED OFF PROPERTY Guest access You will have access to the entire home, along with the yard and other amenities. NOTE: Important Pool Information Pool maintenance person will be out to service pool every week on Tuesdays. DO NOT lock the back gate or he will be unable to access the pool and you will be charged for this, as this causes the pool chemicals to become imbalanced and the pool turns green and is unable to be used. DO NOT HAVE PARTIES ANYTHING OVER 8 GUEST IS CONSIDERD A PARTY. YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN AND FORFEIT DEPOSIT DURING PARTY AND WILL BE ESCORTED OFF PROPERTY DO NOT remove the vacuum from the pool, EVER, under any circumstances! This will cause the filter to be damaged and will result in a $2,000 replacement which will be charged to you. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the use of the pool and following these simple rules will ensure that happens. Other things to note By Your safety is our top priority with our keyless self check-in. You will be assigned a unique code which will only be active during your stay. We are available 24/7 through Airbnb messaging, as well as by phone, to address all your needs before, during and after your stay! We have security cameras around the perimeter of the home which may or may not be recording 24/7. - NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex. Please smoke on the street. - NO parties or events - Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 10 AM - Do not disturb neighbors - Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. - Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. - Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. - No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. Note: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. When vacating you must lock the back doors please double check do not leave unlocked. There is a $25 spa charge per day and an additional $25 per day to heat the pool. There is a $25 daily charge for Tesla EV Cars When done using the propane tanks. Please make sure the tanks are turned off or you will be charged. This is in regards for the BBQ Grill & fire pit.
