♥-welcome to our "Kleine Auszeit" vacation apartment “stylish, cozy and central” Enjoy a “little time out” in our 2-room holiday apartment (474 sq ft), designed with a lot of heart. The apartment was built in 2023 and is located on the first floor of our home. It consists of the following rooms: - Kitchen with dining area - Living room/bedroom (king-size bed and sofa bed) - Spacious bathroom - Small cozy outdoor terrace A free covered parking space is available right next to the apartment. The space The cozy vacation apartment was built in 2023 and offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the beautiful Lake Thun region. In addition to a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00), there is space for two additional people on the sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00). The spacious modern bathroom has a large shower and a towel radiator. Spices, oil, vinegar, tea and much more await you in the fully equipped kitchen and free coffee capsules are available for a delicious cup of coffee. So nothing stands in the way of delicious meals or a wonderfully fragrant morning coffee. In the evening, you can relax with a glass of wine on the cozy outdoor terrace. Please note that there is no washing machine/dryer available. There is a small grocery store, a bakery, an Italian restaurant and a McDonald's within a short walking distance of the apartment. The bus stop "Spiezwiler Schulhaus" is just a few steps away (150m). For those who like to walk, it takes about 15 minutes to the train station or 25 minutes to the beautiful bay of Spiez. We are happy to offer our guests the PanoramaCard Thunersee. This includes free travel on the bus in the Spiez/Thun region as well as numerous discounts on many sights in the Lake Thun region. We love animals and have two dogs ourselves, so your furry friend is also very welcome here. You will enjoy your stay with us! Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance and self check-in. The host lives in the same house (on the upper floors) and is always available for your questions and concerns. Other things to note Spiez is an ideal and very central starting point for your excursions in the Bernese Oberland. Interlaken can be reached in 15 minutes by car, while the journey to Bern or Grindelwald takes 40 minutes.
