Southwinds Summer Retreat at Sea Colony!

The Southwinds Summer Retreat at Sea Colony is located within walking distance to the fitness center, several pools, and private beach. There is also a seasonal shuttle that will take you to and from the beach and other parts of the resort, and parking privileges on the ocean side of the resort. The condo has a large, screened, wraparound porch, and comfortably sleeps eight. It has been renovated to include modern furnishings, coordinated artwork, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The space As a guest of Sea Colony, enjoy the aquatic center, fitness center, tennis center, playground, walking paths, and one-half mile of guarded, private beach.

 Enjoy the beach, splash in one of the 12 pools, play tennis on one of the 32 tennis courts, or just chill out with a cocktail on the wraparound porch.

 We have a pack and play and umbrella stroller for your use so you don't have to lug them on your trip. All guests at Sea Colony are required to pay a Recreational Association fee (rates are posted on the Sea Colony website).
Renters must bring their own linens and towels, but there are also linen services available as an alternative. We can provide you with additional information if you are interested.
