Welcome to Fansy Mansy! The LittleGator is a cozy private room on the second floor of my house in a family-friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood. Right off the I-75 with Starbucks, and many dining options around the corner at the Tioga Town Center. 5 minute drive to the Mall and the North Florida hospital, and 15-20minutes to UF campus, Shands, and downtown. Click show more to learn about my special offer! The space Fansy Mansy is a new construction house in a quiet neighborhood. The second-floor boasts 2 private bedrooms (BigGator & LittleGator), 1 half bath (#1 private toilette), 1 full bath (#2 private toilette + shared shower), and a shared living room area (see floor-plan photo). Your room, The LittleGator, has a brand new firm queen-sized mattress (Zinus brand), a relaxing armchair, a work area, a luggage rack, a walking closet, and a kitchenette that includes a mini-fridge with a freezer, coffee maker, and light snacks. The room is full of natural light, which you can control with blinds and blackout curtains in case you need a nap. The shared living room area has a TV and a Primo water dispenser with hot/room/cold water. Access to your second-floor retreat is through the main house door (self-check-in with a keypad) and up the stairs. I live on the first floor :) Guest access You are welcome to use the front patio and backyard. However, the first floor and its amenities are *not* shared spaces and are not accessible to guests. Please inform me if you need access to the amenities on the first floor in case of an emergency. The first floor is under security surveillance. There is also an outdoor security camera monitoring the house entrance for your and my safety and to ensure that the right number of guests (and no pets) are entering the property.
