The Green House sits high amongst the trees of Grays Point, a waterside suburb on the edge of the Royal National Park. Enjoy the great outdoors or put your feet up and relax around the indoor or outdoor fireplace. This multi-level home offers a quiet and peaceful outlook with high timber lined ceilings, large windows and a covered front deck to be enjoyed all year round. Stay entertained no matter the weather with usage of our kayaks and stand up paddle boards, high speed internet and Netflix. The space Features include: -Indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit -Covered front deck with gas bbq, outdoor seating and hammock -Open plan kitchen and dining area with stainless steel appliances -Bathroom with spacious bathtub -Main bedroom with a queen bed -Second room with a double bed -Loft space with a comfortable double sleeper couch, desk, printer and extra screen. This space is open plan and is the 3rd bedroom as well as study. -Second double sleeper couch in the lounge -Smart TV with Netflix -High speed WiFi with unlimited broadband -Use of our kayaks and stand up paddle boards Guest access This is a split level house on a hillside. It is not suspended in a tree however is amongst the trees. You will have full use of the house however there is a granny flat downstairs which is permanently rented out to a young working professional. Other things to note You are welcome to use our kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Please pack straps for attaching them to your roof racks otherwise there are trolleys that can be used to wheel them down to the tidal North West Arm of the Port Hacking River. Please take good care of them, particularly the fiberglass stand-up paddle board. Check tides before heading out to the ramp at the bottom of our street otherwise launching from Swallow Rock boat ramp can be done no matter the tide. Registration details PID-STRA-41370
