Nice apt. near seaside, garage included

This well-planned two-room apartment is located in a newly developed area in Malmö called Limhamns Sjöstad, its near the seaside just next to Malmös largest beach and recreation areas, there are marinas, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a golfcenter just a short walk from the apartment but still just a 10min bus/bikeride downtown. Please ask for garage avability if you need to use the garage. The space The apartment has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a nice furnished livingroom with a 3 seater sofa and 48' TV a tv box with all the apps. The cosy bedroom has a 140cm bed with the possibility for a floor mattress aswell. The bathroom is spacious and contains shower and washing machine. Access to the apartment through a closed courtyard wich is very calm. Guest access Whole apartment, a closed courtyard and garage. Other things to note We’re happy to welcome families! Kindly note that for bookings with infants, an additional €50 per stay will be added to the reservation. Ask for garage availability if you arrive with car.
