Our AirBnB unit is located in a rural urban area under a tropical climate. Near the interstate highway, less than an hour from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (in non-traffic hours) Close to shopping centers, cinema, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, gas stations among other places of basic services. Ideal for resting, walking and visiting friends and family within a peaceful and quiet area. The space What to expect of our place: Our place is a house apartment with: 2 comfortable bedrooms that include 1 queen size bed , air conditioning units, television, desk closet, drawer to accommodate clothes and luggage in both rooms. 1 Bathroom with hot water Full-size kitchen properly equipped. Dining room for 4 people, living room with TV and air conditioning unit. Parking on the garage ramp. All this in a quiet area and close to everything you could need. Maximum of 4 guests. We are part of the United States, therefore English and Spanish are spoken, especially in our capital San Juan, a place full of history, culture and tourism. Our beaches are beautiful and surround our island on every coast. We live in the middle of a tropical climate all year round, so you can visit our beaches whenever you want. In the summer season the temperatures are quite warm and humid but ideal for enjoying the tropics. In winter the temperatures are quite pleasant and I don’t know if you had the knowledge, but Christmas in our country is full of charm and tradition and is said to be the longest in the world.
