This Historic Mansion was built in 1880 by Burton Westcott who next moved to Springfield, OH and built The Westcott House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. This home has been lovingly renovated with special care to preserve the ornate wood flooring (each room has a unique design) as well as the original Tiffany Stain glass windows. The space Inhabit an uninhibited interior as we have put together a curated collection of vintage furniture pieces and original artwork that create a modern-maximalist décor and style. Heritage techniques are honored and tenets of opulence are observed in each living area of our spacious modern mansion which includes a beautifully appointed parlor, living room, dining room, powder room, laundry room, sunroom, wet bar and kitchen on the main level as well as 7 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a game room on the second floor.
