As you begin your stay in this delightful London flat, you'll be greeted by the bedroom's east-facing window, offering captivating views of the sunrise. Creating an open and spacious ambiance, pocket doors discreetly slide into the walls, dividing the living room and kitchen areas. This design element enhances the overall sense of openness and flow within the apartment. Guest access Guests have the privilege of enjoying the entire flat during their stay. Other things to note - The apartment is on the third story of the structure, and there is no elevator in the premises - The nightly rate includes accommodation for up to 2 registered adults in one UK standard king size bed. - The sofa bed is only available for a booking of 3 guests. -To help reduce water and energy use, we provide one towel set per guest for stays under 7 nights. As a self-catering Airbnb home, we don’t automatically refresh towels like a hotel. Thanks for helping us stay eco-friendly. Please note that CLEANING COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED and must be paid at check-in. Cleaning fees: £60 per stay A Note on Energy Use 🌱: We include all utility costs in your room rate, with plenty of energy to keep you comfortable: - Monthly Allowance: 90 kWh for electricity and 330 kWh for gas. - Daily Allowance: 3 kWh for electricity and 11 kWh for gas. These limits are based on mindful usage in London's chillier months, so you can stay warm and cosy while helping us reduce our environmental impact. If your usage happens to exceed these limits, there will be an additional charge: - Gas: £0.15 per kWh - Electricity: £0.35 per kWh Thank you for helping us stay green and keep costs fair for everyone.
