If it is a secure comfortable two-bedroom air-conditioned cottage nestled off road in a secluded spot you after, then you found it. A lovely open verandah allows you to admire the tranquil gardens and surrounding bush. The is cottage fully furnished and has everything you will need including air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, two large spacious bedrooms. The resident Border Collie will no doubt greet you enthusiastically. Please do not allow him in the house or feed him. The space Space 1 - Main bedroom. A new medium soft queen size bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, 2 bedside tables and lamps, and a wall mounted TV. Windows with views out to the bush. Space 2 - Second bedroom. Extra large space with a new double bed and single bed, and large desk for 2 people, and a ceiling fan. Space 3 - Living room. Extra large space with L-shaped couch and two comfy large gaming chairs, 55" TV, overlooking deck and private garden beyond. Equipped with a fan and air conditioner. Space 4 - Covered deck, with 2 armchairs to relax and an outdoor table with 4 chairs, overlooking a private garden space. Space 5 -The kitchen is equipped with a glass stove top and wall oven, microwave and all applicances you will need. Space 6 - The large bathroom has to basins, and a roomy shower, and a separate toilet. Space 7 - The laundry space has a large washing machine, and a clothes line is located just out the side door. Games, magazines and books are there for your entertainment. Guest access The guest suite is self contained, and access is via sliding doors on the balcony. A lock box is located close to the front door. Other things to note Please note we have a friendly resident border collie, who will great you with exuberance and announce your arrival. Once he has met you, he sees you as part of the family.
