Warm welcome to a central accommodation with lush, play-friendly garden. Perfect for two families who want a central location with play opportunities right on the doorstep and green spaces to enjoy. With a terrace pool and movie room, there are activities for all weather. The space In our "casa" in the summer pearl Halmstad, you can enjoy and rest. At Hallandsgatan, you live in a part of our multi-family house on an area of 220 sqm and have access to a lovely flowering garden. Ground floor accommodation On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1) and one with two single beds (2). An extra bed for two can be set up in a walk-through room (notify the host if this is desired in connection with the booking) The kitchen is bright, well-equipped and has an open floor plan towards the living room and dining area that accommodates about 8 people (more if you squeeze in). In the bathroom there is a toilet, bathtub with shower and washing machine and dryer. Yard From the living room, you can access the garden via the balcony. On the terrace there is a dining table seating 10 and a terrace pool seating 8-12 people. The garden invites you to play and rest. In summer, various plants bloom in the garden and in our small greenhouse and there are also berries, fruits, vegetables and herbs that you can taste. In the garden, there is a small fish pond, a rose-covered pergola with a hanging chair, a couple of hammocks, a swing set with a hanging hammock, a trampoline and climbing-friendly trees. The bubbling water from the fountain and the gentle buzzing of the bees give a feeling of peace. There is a cozy playhouse with a small loft and a kiosk where you can play shop and maybe sleep over. There is also a barbecue, pizza oven, a patio heater for cool evenings and several seating areas around the house. Nice lighting enhances the cozy factor in the garden. Ground Floor On the ground floor (basement) there are three bedrooms, a kitchenette and a toilet with shower. There is a lovely movie room and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms are bright, nicely furnished and wonderfully cool on hot summer days. One bedroom has a double bed (3) and two bedrooms have single beds, but each with its own small TV (4 and 5) Guest access Ground floor, ground floor and garden. Some spaces are locked for private storage. The upper floor is rented to other tenants, but they do not have access to the private garden. Other things to note There is a beehive in the garden. It is secluded and usually contributes to increased well-being. The bees are nice and we ask that you leave them alone
