Charming house near the mountains

Quiet, spacious house close to all amenities: the highway (3 min), train station (7 min walk), ski slopes (1 h), Toulouse (1 h 20 min), shops 5 min away (Biocoop, Lidl, pharmacy, Carrefour) All access to the 1st floor is reserved for you: the 3 bedrooms (depending on the number of guests) as well as the bathroom with toilet. The exterior, kitchen and veranda are shared with the host. Possibility to park motorcycle or bicycles in a closed garage, please specify this in your request. The space Residential house on 1 floor, arranged as follows: On the ground floor, a veranda and kitchen both overlooking the stairs leading to the bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Accessible wooded garden. For families we can provide you with a baby cot and high chair if needed. Guest access Possibility of being accommodated for your vacation stay, for work thanks to a quiet environment or even for your spa stay in Capvern (10 min)! Access to the equipped kitchen (shared with the host), as well as the veranda, allowing you to enjoy the garden view. Access to garden furniture as well as the garden table if you want to enjoy the outdoors. During your stay You will be likely to see me during my meal break, sometimes at the end of the day too, I will leave you your space for the duration of the stay! I do not go upstairs during your stay to give you privacy (bedrooms and bathroom/toilet are upstairs) - unless necessary of course. I am more easily reachable by text or via the site to communicate because I work during the day Other things to note Possibility to park bicycles or motorcycles in a closed garage if necessary, please let me know! The ski slopes or mountain hikes are 1 hour away, but if you want other activities (or closer!), there is bowling, cinema, swimming pool, tree climbing, park (health course), woods, rugby stadium... plenty to do! Otherwise, location question, we are at => 1 hr 15 min - 1 hr 30 min from Toulouse, => 1 hour from Lourdes, => 20 minutes from Tarbes => 10 minutes from Capvern-les-Bains (thermal baths with thermal leisure area), => on average about 2 hours from the ocean.
