This home was built in 1887 for the tenant farmers of the 600 acre Font Grove estate owned by a director of the Delaware Hudson Railway. The space This is a spacious and private 2000 square foot 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit that is fully furnished with all that you need for a comfortable stay. All bedrooms and full bath are on the second floor. Eat in kitchen, formal dining room, living room with flat screen TV, half bath and back porch are on the first floor. Large master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, flat screen TV and sitting area. Bedroom room 2 is bicycle themed and also has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 is spacious and offers 2 cozy twin beds and a flat screen TV. Closet and dressers in each bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with all that you'll need. If you can't find something, just ask! Flat screen TV's come with internet television; Netflix and Hulu or you may log into your favorite apps. Verizon FIOS wireless gigabit internet connection. Our whole house generator kicks in if there is ever a power outage. Guest access Owners may be here to greet you or other key access will be arranged prior to your stay.
