Lovely central villa in Valby with garden and parking

Here you can rent our entire house of 149 m2. It's a charming villa from 1938 that's been modernized. There's a terrace. The house is at the end of a dead-end road in a villa neighborhood in Valby. With the S train station nearby, you can get to Copenhagen Central Station in 11 minutes. You can leave the car in the carport. There is a shopping center 200 meters from the house with lots of shops. You will have access to all the house's facilities including washing machine etc. The space The home has a kitchen, dining room and living room as well as two rooms on the ground floor, as well as an office and bedroom on the first floor. In the basement there is another room with TV and sofa, as well as a washing machine. We are constantly working to modernize the house, so there may be small details on the house that we are in the process of fixing. However, we will always make sure that it appears neat, clean and usable for our guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and house. If you need a pair of pliers or a hammer, you are also welcome to borrow them from the workshop. Other things to note It is an older house undergoing modernization and outdoors you will be able to hear some noise from trains etc. It is nice and quiet from traffic as the house is at the end of a dead-end road and the neighbors are elderly as well as families with children. We have a dog, so if you are allergic to dogs, you should be aware. We clean before guests arrive.
