This elegant apartment has breathtaking views over the tuscan hills and consists of a large drawing room with fire place, two very large and spacious bedrooms, one ensuite and the other one serviced by a very large bathroom with both shower and roller top bath. Fully equipped kitchen with fireplace. The spacious living room has a sofa (fold out comfortable extra double bed), two easy chairs and a dining table for 6 guests. Working wood burner and Smart-TV with Netflix. Bedroom 1 is very spacious and has a queen size double bed, two-seater sofa, table with 4 chairs and a chest of drawers. It is serviced by a large bathroom with shower and roller top bath. Air conditioned Bedroom 2 is also very spacious and has two single beds (100 cm), easy chair, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite bathroom with shower. Guest access The guests have the exclusive use of the 120 sqm apartment consisting of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also have the shared use of the walled garden with swimming pool. In the garden they have a dedicated seating area and sun lounges. The guests also have 10% discount at our gourmet restaurant on the ground floor.
