Pagoos is a family home that was built in 2009 for family and friends to gather on a very special property that has been in our family since 1683. Pagoos comes with 2 passes to Briggs Beach. Entrance to Briggs is a “5 iron” away. Pagoos is close to town commons, farmers markets, Tiverton 4 corners, sakonnet and Westport vineyards and more. A Perfect place for a couple of families and or extended families to get away together! The space Pagoos sits on about 2 acres. The open floor plan is great for everyone to gather and flows onto an outdoor deck under a pergola and great yard for lawn games. Anytime of year it’s great to walk the “beach road” to Briggs, it’s about a mile walk from the house. In the summer, it’s great to bike(need a helmet:)) to beach, farmers market and into town. There will be a binder at the house with all the house and beach info in more detail. Other things to note Briggs Beach is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
