All is done with great affection for you. The space Cozy and comfortable atmosphere with a wide hallway and 14 private rooms. We have a living room, kitchen and shared bathrooms. It is a building with access via 2 flights of stairs. We have an aquarium with ornamental fish. A space with books for reading and a computer for research. We do not provide breakfast. But we always have complimentary cookies, butter and coffee powder, sugar and yerba mate to make a good tea. We have a filtered water filter in the tap and cold water in the refrigerator. Building (two-story house), with only 1 floor and access by 2 flights of stairs, we have a lock with a password for security and convenience for guests. All done with affection. Guest access Full kitchen, with refrigerator, stove, microwave. All cooking utensils. In the living room, there is a 50-inch TV with all channels open and streaming services available, movies and TV series. Like Netflix, YouTube and Globo Play. 5 shared bathrooms, all suitable for a good bath, we have liquid soap, a more sustainable attitude to avoid waste. During your stay I won't always be there in person, but the co-host will always be there in the morning. Occasionally, I'll be there in the afternoon.
