Have fun with the whole family at this beautiful cottage steps from the water's edge. Open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with views out to the flat lawn and shoreline. Facing west, sunsets right off the dock across the bay. Large screened porch with outdoor dining and lounging. Large sun deck, flat lawn perfect for games, or enjoying the firepit. Great swimming off the dock, and swim raft! Non-motorized boats included, marina and village is 5 min away and offers boat rentals & food. The space The property is a flat piece of land almost level with the lake, which makes for easy walking around and access to the water. Trees line the property lines offering privacy from neighbours. The 16' x 20' screened in porch is open to the cottage and offers additional living and dining space. Large windows on the water side provide great views of kids playing outside and sunsets. Largest bedroom has a King bed and dresser. Middle bedroom has a Queen bed, side table, and closet. Bunk bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, dresser, side table, and closet. Laundry room has a 2nd fridge, front load washer & dryer, and a countertop for storage. Living room has a large sectional couch facing the TV, and floorspace behind it for kids to play with toys, etc.. Kitchen is open concept with 3 stools at the countertop, and open to a large table that comfortably seats 10 people. The bathroom has a vanity with storage drawers, toilet, and a shower stall. Guest access Full access except the outdoor shed and a locked closet in the master bedroom. Other things to note Battersea village is a 5 min drive, or boat ride. There is a pub with live music, and a corner store. There is also a restaurant and a marina - the marina rents pontoon and fishing boats. Sunbury is a 7 min drive south of the cottage and there is an LCBO at that general store - they also make great pizza for pickup! Glenburnie has a grocery store, hardware store, LCBO, gas, and is about 10 min south/west of the cottage.
