Located in the south zone, 8 km from downtown, with banks, bakeries, supermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, pharmacies, etc. Safe, quiet place. Ideal for home office, long or short stays. The space The townhouse has three floors. First floor: Host's apartment 201 and apartment 202. Second and third floors: apartment 203 with five private bedrooms and other spaces; full kitchen, pantry, living room with TV, balcony with barbecue, bathrooms and laundry, shared among guests. Common areas will only be shared among guests in rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, with up to 9 guests, depending on the number of rooms booked. The townhouse has 2 electronic gates and garage door, timed; with cameras and alarm. The garage is in the basement. The backyard has small fruit trees and is also home to a friendly medium-sized dog. This area is exclusive to the host. Guest access You will have access to your room and shared areas through the Main Hall, going up the stairs to apartment 203. If you choose to park, you will also have access to the garage. During your stay I will be available for check-in and check-out during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) to answer any questions and help you with your stay. Other things to note The barbecue area is available with all utensils, and if you choose to use it, the barbecue and all utensils must be cleaned and stored immediately after use. Otherwise, an additional service fee of R$100.00 will be charged.
