A new clean spacious room is available and with a comfy new king-size bed. Close to the main bus (1min) and train (5min) connections. Close to A41 and M53. Road parking. 1 mile from Eastham and Bromborough train stations, Close amenities. Co-op, ATM, Tesco, Chippy, Deli, Pubs, Cafe, Dominos, Shell garage. Historic Eastham Village and Eastham country park for walking. The kitchen has just been upgraded and the room has its own In/out lock too. Bed linen and towel, washing machine included. The space Thank you for considering my home. A 3 bedroom semi-detached house with large High ceiling rooms (190s) (where I have lived since 1991) in Eastham Village on a quiet road. Large rear garden and quiet neighbors with no loud dogs. House is non-smoking (inside) and was fairly recently refurbished. Bed linen is changed between guests. I have tried to make the beds as comfy as possible and keep the house warm. Bedroom/bathroom doors are fitted with locks and there is also external CCTV. I also provide a large bath towel. Guest access Almost without exception guests only seem to use their bedroom room, halls, bathroom, shower room, and occasionally kitchen but there is also an office, sitting area/ lounge, and rear garden that can be used (office with permission). During your stay Feel free to text or call me. I may be available to socialise or leave you too it. Airport Pick-up possible. Mountain biking (E or Analogue, Trail or Bike parks) or walking in Snowdonia is a popular pass time of mine. Let me know what you need. Please let me know arrival and check out time.
