our small studio here is 1 min walk from the most famous park of city center Cismigiu Park!! it has a small closed balcony (no view), an open kitchen with everything needed, its own boiler for hot water, and own heating system. there is also smart TV in the apartment that Netflix can be used. its quiet and cozy and besides the park also the old city and all the main places of the center are walking distance. The space a studio apartment with a small open kitchen and even a small sofa. small and long closed balcony. there is always hot water from a boiler that is inside the toilets. heating in the winter time is done with the A.C. that can definitely handel this apartment. Other things to note we have self check in system. the heating in the winter is done by the A.C unit - it takes like 4-6:min until the hot air will start to come out of the A.C after you start it.
